The teamfights often become frantic and even the best of the best can sometimes struggle with Vladimir. It's a time when the team picks their champion, and the game starts.  
But other teams will want to build an offensive or defensive role based champ. The game is about as enjoyable as it gets, except for a few small glitches that cause me to lose interest, like a loading screen coming in a game of LoL.  
  
You do not need to subscribe to a specific game channel and you do not need to watch any specific replay. If you are a new player, the controls are very accessible, and the character creation can be customized to fit your play style.  
  
Also, Vladimir can become a tank because of his attack damage and he can become a true threat because of his health.  
  
It's not because it would take much time, there is no way that you could work on the team games, they are already working on player battles, there is no time. Also, these items are part of the build. I'm looking forward to LOL's next year but it'll have to be something amazing. And it was a real process.

As for building the lvlan builds. The last 3 builds I was able to vote on didn't do it for me (maybe 1 of them but it was a weak one that didn't offer much to the gameplay).

One of the more common league of legends builds is the Vladimir build. A bot is a computer program that plays the game. It's the same with lvlan. They would rather not touch any part of the game than touch the team games. Now, why do they just sit there and not address team games. I think it's just laziness. As an addition to the great answer provided by @Blaziken, each team builds a champion to excel at his role.  
  
Bots are used to test if a champ works in lvlan. And when they say that they can't because they are too busy.
